Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ART Soccer Training, we strive to provide the highest quality soccer training and services to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a refund for our programs or services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a refund.

Refund Procedure: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to customerservice@artsoccertraining.com. Provide your name, program details, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval of the refund request. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account based on your payment method and financial institution.


No-shows: Participants who fail to attend scheduled sessions & events without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.


Cancellation Before Start: 

(Camps & Clinics) 

Any refund requests must be made prior to the program start date and will be eligible for a refund of the program’s deposit less $50. A processing fee may apply.


(ART Programs)

There will be no refunds issued unless canceled by ART Soccer Training. 


(Private Training)

Sessions will be held WEATHER PERMITTING.

If the session is not rescheduled before the 4 hour window, the session will be considered a "late cancel" and subsequently forfeited. If the session is canceled before the 4 hour window, the session will be considered "early cancel" and you will be able to reschedule the session at no charge.

If a scheduled session is cancelled by a trainer due to inclimate weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule the session at no extra charge.


Withdrawal During Program: 

(Camps & Clinics) 

Refund requests made after the event has started will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A processing fee may apply.


(ART Programs)

Refund requests made after the event has started will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A processing fee may apply.


(Private Training)

If you decide to withdraw from sessions after it has started, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining sessions. A processing fee may apply.

Initial Evaluation- 1 month

3 Pack- 1 month

5 Pack- 2 months

10 Pack- 6 months
